For Certification Programs:

• No Refund once payment is processed and access is granted.
• Batch transfers to upcoming batch allowed upon prior communication and approval.

1. Physical Certificate (Optional)

• Shipped via recognized courier within 10–15 business days, postprocessing.
• Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.

2. Shipping Locations & Charges

• Physical shipments are available across the Globe.
• Flat-rate shipping fee (₹200) applies in INDIA; for Other countries updated at checkout.

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Report any missing or damaged certificates—within 30 days of dispatch —via info@flickersecurity.com.
• We will reissue at no extra cost.

For Cybersecurity Services:

• Refunds only in case of:
  • Duplicate payment.
  • Cancelled projects where work hasn’t begun.

Note: Once any scanning, testing, or reporting begins, no refund is applicable.
