Effective Date: June 20, 2025

These Terms apply to both:

• Individuals/corporates purchasing certifications (e.g., CFSA, CFSP).
• Clients availing cyber services (e.g., VAPT, SOC, consulting, audits).

1. Scope

Flicker Security provides:

• Training and certifications in cybersecurity domains.
• Cybersecurity services including penetration testing, red teaming, blue teaming, SOC design, compliance audits, and risk assessments.

2. Engagement & Payments

• Projects/training are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial advance payment.
• Certification course fees are paid via Razorpay.
• Corporate projects follow SoW-based payment terms (with milestonebased invoicing, where applicable).

3. Confidentiality

• All service engagements are protected by NDAs.
• Customer data, logs, source code, and security architecture remain confidential.

4. Deliverables

• Training: Course access, exam attempts, digital certificates.
• Services: Final reports, mitigation recommendations, and audit evidence.

5. Restrictions

• Reselling, reverse-engineering or duplicating course content, toolkits or red team strategies is prohibited.

6. Termination

We may terminate service access or revoke certificates due to:

• Breach of contract or policy.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Violation of professional ethics in assessments or service use.
